Product Owner for SAP Sales (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner in the area of SAP Sales to join our IT/Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for SAP Sales related projects. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with Husqvarna Group's business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog and development for SAP Sales, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to gather feedback and refine product strategies.
  • Monitor the implementation of SAP Sales solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the SAP Sales platform, incorporating feedback and emerging market trends.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives with the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on SAP Sales or SAP ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Sales processes and configuration s.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
  • English fluency in both writing and speaking is a must
  • You excel in communication and leadership, influencing cross functional teams effectively and possess strong analytical skills, delivering innovative solutions that will drive business value.
  • With a proactive mindset, you adapt to change and drive initiatives forward.
  • You take full ownership of tasks and initiating action to seize opportunities for improvement and advancement.

You will report to Manager Competence Center Sales, Marketing & Finance GIS Gardena Division, who is located in Ulm, Germany.
