Team Lead Regulatory Affairs (Division Pharma) (m/f/d)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Lead the Regulatory Affairs Team (Pharma)
- Cross Function: Act as a regulatory key/interface for internal and external stakeholders such as partners, customers and regulatory authorities (global)
- Project Coordination: Be a proactive member of project teams (product development/launch, entering new markets) to ensure regulatory aspects
- Regulation: Define, communicate and implement clear regulatory strategies (customer and country-specific)
- Documentation: Create and review product documentation and dossiers as well as regulatory documents and information management
- Digitalization: (Further) develop the digitalization strategy in the area of regulatory affairs
- Audits: Accompany and support regulatory audits

Your profile

- University degree (Master or PhD) in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering or comparable field
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of regulatory affairs pharma
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong understanding for the interpretation of regulations, guidelines, policy statements to align with the strategic company goals
- Strong experience in cooperating with responsible authorities in the pharmaceutical environment
- Strong analytical mindset, coupled with creativity and intuition
- Ability to drive and moderate decisions, combined with a high level of organizational talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
