To strengthen the team, JSEC is looking for a Staff Assistant Conference Services (m/w/d).

Your tasks

  • Coordinate building manager measures in support of Staff Assistant Protocol (Conference Services) ZXPX 0030 for all JSEC buildings related to conferences, events, meetings and visits
  • Support preparation and execution of activities requiring VTC, briefing rooms or other locations inside and outside JSEC buildings
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair measures for all JSEC buildings related to conferences, events, meetings and visits, including outside activities
  • Support building-related topics such as accompaniment of external craftsmen
  • Provide support and duties related to conference services as directed by Branch Head Protocol
  • Coordinate conference room bookings
  • Support and coordinate layout changes inside and outside the relevant JSEC buildings
  • Support and coordinate storage of furniture and equipment in the relevant buildings
  • Operate all IT and VTC systems within JSEC buildings (training provided by JSEC) related to conferences, events, meetings and visits
  • General office work

Your profile

  • Secondary education and completed vocational training in a building or facility management related area
  • At least three years of relevant job-related experience
  • Driving license equivalent to European class B
  • Flexibility to work on order
  • Organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and natural manner with guests
  • Familiarity with common IT software such as MS Office
  • Quality awareness
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • Proof of a current SÜ2 security clearance or willingness to participate in an extended security clearance process (successful completion mandatory)
  • Citizenship of one of the 32 NATO member countries
