Your Responsibilities

• Lead software projects delivering solutions for customers and contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate external developer teams across automation and web application domains.
• Integrate AI concepts into software solutions, from conceptual design to deployment.
• Drive automation initiatives across software development and operational process flows.
• Align customers, internal functions, and suppliers on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Ensure consistent delivery across parallel projects within an Agile delivery model.

Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• Proven record in software project management.
• Experience coordinating external development teams with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate AI concepts into software and automation solutions.
• Professional English communication for customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred:

• Hands-on understanding of AI implementation using AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools supporting software development and automation.
• German language skills
