As a Product Data Activation Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for the integration of product data into the digital ecosystems of our internal and external sales platforms. Product data aggregation and transformation is a crucial part of your role to ensure product data quality & readiness across our platforms. You are owning the process of gathering, aggregating, integrating and monitoring product data across our platforms to ensure state-of-the art consumer experiences on all digital touchpoints. You are working closely together with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional setup in order to establish a fully automated product data flow from source systems to digital platforms. You understand best what our sales platforms require and are able to prioritize and communicate these needs internally. You are able to identify data patterns based on individual cases and derive and establish scalable solutions to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product data readiness and increase product visibility on digital sales platforms
  • Closely collaborate with sales departments to identify and document product data requirements from our business partners
  • Act as key contact to internal stakeholders for eCommerce product data inquiries
  • Aggregate product data requirements and establish efficient prioritization mechanics
  • Support cross-functional taskforces to define ownership for product data and ensure delivery as per requirements in a timely manner
  • Support the maintenance of the eCommerce data model
  • Implement key improvements to make the current product data processes faster and more efficient

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a degree with a focus on business informatics / economics, or a comparable course of studies
  • Several years experience in the area of product data management / master data management in an international environment
  • High competence in dealing with product data mechanics / tools and coordinating internal & external product data stakeholders
  • Experience in owning and tracking the E2E product data flow in a highly dynamic framework
  • Fluency in English, other foreign languages such as German, French or Spanish desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to question and challenge given structures but think in solutions at the same time
  • Self-reliant, energetic, motivated, structured, data driven and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to keep the balance between data-driven decisions and inspiring contents
