PLM Windchill Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support Windchill upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, and environment refreshes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Windchill customizations, configurations, integrations, and related applications.
• Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational activities using DevOps tools and scripting.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication of decisions, actions, and responsibilities.
• Manage expectations across business and IT stakeholders and proactively communicate changes or delivery risks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations
• Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts
• Experience working in global teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and drive topics
• Structured thinking with a problem-solving mindset
