Business Controller (m/w/d)

Als Business Controller:in bist du als Financial Business Partner:in unseres Vertriebsteams für die Budgetierung, Prognosen sowie den korrekten Monats- und Jahresabschluss aller unserer Einheiten in Zentral- und Osteuropa verantwortlich. Als Teil des Regional Controller-Teams stellst du die qualitäts- und termingerechte Durchführung der Controlling-, Business Support- und Reporting-Aktivitäten für deine zugewiesenen Accounts sicher und sorgst für die Einhaltung der jeweilig lokalen Prozesse, Ziele und Richtlinien. Durch das Aufdecken von Stärken und Schwächen innerhalb des Unternehmens im Zuge von Budgetierung und Forecasting schaffst du Transparenz und leistest mit deinem Feedback einen wertvollen Beitrag bei Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätssicherung. Derzeit liegt der Fokus der Position auf der Region CEE, dies kann sich aber den Unternehmensanforderungen durchaus später einmal ändern. Deine aktive Rolle bei der Geschäftsentwicklung in Bezug auf die Vorbereitung von Kundentreffen und -Verhandlungen mit namhaften Geschäftspartnern, sowie Business Case-Berechnungen und Projekt-Controlling rundet diese spannende und eigenverantwortliche Stelle ab.

Was wir von dir erwarten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Controlling und/oder Finanzen
• Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Unternehmenscontrolling, vorzugsweise im Industriesektor
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang SAP, BI und dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere Excel
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
